Special Grants to Students
E-mail Print
Every year the Hastings Musical Festival, which is a registered charity, distributes substantial sums to aspiring performers, who are able to abide by the conditions below. The amount available for distribution is determined by our income from the Festival and investments and the number of applicants applying for grants. Everybody who supports the Festival contributes towards this income. Last year we distributed £4865 to 17 applicants. Please keep supporting the Hastings Musical Festival and help us help our talented youngsters. Grants are paid directly to the appropriate schools and academies.

Applications are invited after each Festival, for grants, which may be made from funds available to the Hastings Festival, in accordance with the terms of the respective Trust Deeds. The grants, for students who have a course of study arranged, will be made at the discretion of the Trustees. Application forms are available from the General Secretary on request. Completed forms should be returned by the end of April following the Festival, so that they may be considered by the Trustees as soon as possible.
