Hastings Week.

		On Sunday 10th October Miwako played Tchaikovsky Concerto no 1 with the Sussex Concert Orchestra conducted by Kenneth Roberts at the White Rock Theatre, Hastings at 7.30pm. The Hastings Day 'Proms' Gala Concert also featured Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition and ended in traditional 'proms' style with audience participation in Land of Hope and Glory, Rule Britannia, and Jerusalem.
		Prizewinner of the 2010 Piano Concerto Competition, Miwako Miki, with Petula Clarke CBE, President of the Hastings Musical Festival, at a private Sussex country house Recital given last month by Miwako as part of her Prize.

Errata

Despite our best efforts, a few minor errors have crept into the printed version of the Syllabus for the 2012 Festival.

Classes 3212 and 3508 (Strings and Woodwind Gold Medal Qualifying Classes) the age limit should be Any Age.
