Return of the Finchley Chamber Orchestra

Finchley Chamber Orchestra
Saturday 24th March at 6.00pm sees the return of Finchley Chamber Orchestra with their conductor David Lardi for the Finals of the Eighth Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition.


In November 2011, as part of the 2011 prize, our winner Jessica Zhu played Mozart Concerto No 20 in a London Concert with the Finchley Chamber Orchestra.

Alink-Argerich FoundationHastings Piano Concerto Competition reaches new heights....we have now joined the Alink-Argerich Foundation. Please pass on the word, and encourage as many people as possible to come along and see this fantastic competition next year. The preliminary rounds are on 5th and 6th of March, and the Finals are on 24th March.

Maria Mazo's live performance of Igor Stravinsky's Firebird Suite (Danse Infernale, Berceuse, Finale) arranged by Guido Agosti. Maria was the winner of the 2005 International Piano Concerto Competition.

Samantha Ward, winner of the 2006 International Piano Concerto Competition and the Sir Philip Ledger Prize plays Beethoven Bagatelles op 126.
